Shipping Policy

Processing time: 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time (after processing):

  • United States: 3–7 business days — most core gear ships from our US warehouse.
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

A small number of specialty items ship from international partner warehouses and may take longer; this is noted on the product page. Customs delays and peak seasons can also extend delivery.

Customs & taxes: Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties or local taxes payable on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Lost or undelivered packages: If your order doesn't arrive within the stated window, email lukes.dive.adventures@gmail.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and guarantee either a free reship or a full refund once the loss is confirmed.

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package returns to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply. You can email us within 12 hours of ordering to correct it free of charge.
