Refund & Return Policy

At Luke's Dive Adventures, we want every piece of gear to follow you on dives for years. Here's exactly how returns work.

Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order. Because items ship from our partner warehouses, the clock starts on the delivery day, not the order day.

Returnable: unused items in their original, resalable packaging; items damaged on arrival; items that don't match the description.
Not returnable: used, washed, or user-damaged items; custom-made items.

How to request a return:

  1. Email lukes.dive.adventures@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the item (required for damaged items).
  2. We reply within 2 business days with next steps.
  3. Damaged or defective items: free replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.
  4. Other accepted returns: you ship the item back at your own expense, unless the error was ours.

Refunds: processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return (or photo confirmation), to your original payment method.

Order cancellation: free within 12 hours of ordering, before your order ships. After that, please use the return process above.
